Interview Reps

Question 2 of 4: "Tell me about yourself."
Type your answer the way you would say it out loud.

Interviews, disclosure, strengths, and the first 90 days. These are the parts you are usually left to work out on your own.

Telling an employer you are neurodivergent is your decision, not a form to fill in. This tool takes you step by step through the reasons for and against, how timing changes the answer, and exactly what you could say, in your own words. It never tells you which way to go.
There is a free version of this you can use right now: take the disclosure quiz.
You already have strengths. This tool helps you name yours, in your own words, and turn them into resume lines and interview answers you can say out loud.
Getting the job is the first part. Starting it is the next. Week by week, this covers what a new workplace never writes down: how to ask for what you need, what your team expects, and how to build a reputation you are proud of.
Every tool works the same way: see it done, run your reps, make it yours. Sessions are about ten minutes.
You never start with an empty box. Every tool gives you a finished example first: a full answer, a full script, or a worked-through decision. You read that, then you write your own.
Short practice rounds, with feedback every time. Ten minutes is enough. Nothing counts days in a row, and nothing tells you off for stopping. Come back whenever you want to.
The prompts are there when you want them and easy to ignore when you don't. Nothing you write gets rewritten for you. You decide what to keep and what to change.
Buy once. The four tools stay yours, with any updates we make, for as long as we run them.

Kitewise is not on sale yet. Email us and we will tell you the day it opens. The founding price is for the first 100 people who buy.
Tell me when it opensIf Kitewise is not useful to you, email us within 30 days of buying and we will refund you in full, one refund per person, per product. You decide whether it was useful, not us. You do not have to explain why, fill in a form, or phone anyone. Reply to your receipt, or write to hello@getkitewise.com from the email address you used to buy. If someone else bought it for you, the refund goes back to them, and they do not have to explain either.
Neurodivergent young adults, roughly 16 to 25, especially anyone facing their first real interviews. Self-identified or diagnosed, it doesn't matter to us. If the tools sound useful, they're for you.
No. As the tools are built today, what you type stays in your browser on your own device. There is no account and no password, your answers are not sent to us, and there is no parent view or teacher view. If we ever change any of that we will tell you clearly first, and we will not move anything already on your device without asking you and getting a yes.
Because it lives in your browser, clearing your browser data deletes it too. There is a download button in settings for anything you want to keep. This page counts anonymous visits and sets no cookies. The four tools count nothing at all.
No. Kitewise gives you things to practice and questions to think through. It is not therapy, coaching or medical care, and nothing here replaces professional support.
Yes, as long as they are 16 or older. You pay, we email you one access code, and they enter it on their own device. The kit is theirs from that point: their screen, their pace, their words. You will not get a login or a progress report. That is deliberate. Nobody rehearses an honest answer about disclosure while someone is reading over their shoulder. What you keep is the receipt, our email address, and 30 days to ask for a refund without explaining why.
No. There are no streaks, and nothing happens if you stop for a while. Sessions are short on purpose. Come back before an interview, before a disclosure decision, or before a first day at work.
Kitewise is not on sale today. When it opens, we will email you an access code, you enter it in your browser, and all four tools open. There is nothing to install. Any improvements we make to these four tools are included for as long as we run them.
One thing worth knowing before you buy, because it is the trade-off behind the privacy: your work is saved on the device you use, not on our servers. That is why nobody else can read it. It also means clearing your browser data, or moving to another device, does not carry it across. There is a Download my data button in settings, and putting that file back is one click. Keep a copy somewhere safe.
Practice for interviews. A way to decide what to share. Your strengths in writing. A plan for your first 90 days.
